Terms
General: We generally require an agreement or acceptance of terms via email or fax before commencing production of your publication. The agreement will be sent to you via email attachment for you to return before work begins.
Copyright: Rights to use written material will not pass to you until your fee has been paid in full. We are not responsible or liable for client-supplied material such as any written content you may contribute to the newsletter. Once full payment has been made, you own the rights to all work created for you, with the exception of portfolio rights. This means you can do anything you want with it and reuse it any way you see fit. We reserve the right to use your project in hard copy and electronic form (on our web site). If you have confidentiality concerns, portfolio rights are always negotiable.
428 Publishing Services remains the owner of any trivia and articles written by us and may re-publish the trivia and articles elsewhere.
Client Approval: You are responsible for the approval of any work ordered for the project to be considered complete.
Payment and Collection: An invoice will be sent upon your acceptance of the final copy. Final payment will be due net 14 days from the invoice date. Payments can be made via direct deposit, cheque, or cash.
